Agreement Letter

This letter serves as a formal agreement between George Osasumwen Aluyi (hereinafter referred to as "the Consultant") and [Client Name] (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") for the provision of professional consulting services.

1. Scope of Services

The Consultant agrees to provide the following services:

• Financial analysis and advisory services
• Business strategy consultation
• Risk management assessment
• Performance and growth consulting
• Other services as mutually agreed upon

2. Duration of Agreement

This agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and remain in effect until [End Date], unless terminated earlier by either party with 30 days written notice.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Consultant a fee of [Amount] for the services outlined above. Payment terms are as follows:

• Ensure timely access to relevant personnel and documents
• Make payments in accordance with the terms outlined above

6. Limitation of Liability

The Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the services provided under this agreement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
